Most small businesses share the same three problems — and most haven't yet named them out loud. How the audit works

The Sovereign Shield Audit fixes the third problem first, because the other two are downstream of it. Six audit areas: operations, technology, finance, team, market, and goals. Two structured sessions, roughly four hours of your time. We work through each area with you — not asking what you think you do, but watching how the work actually moves. Where it stops. Where it doubles back. Where one person carries something the system should be carrying. Where AI can realistically pick up a load, and — equally important — where it can't, and you should leave it alone.

What you take away

You leave with three documents that are yours forever, whether you build an AIOS with us, fix things yourself, or hand the Blueprint to a different developer.

Heat Map — a one-page visual summary of every finding, colour-coded by severity. Scannable in thirty seconds, defensible in detail.

Audit Trail Ledger — your permanent record. Every finding, every piece of evidence, every number we worked from, written so you can pick it up in a year and still know what we meant.

Strategic Blueprint — the actionable part. A prioritised remediation plan, sequenced by what pays back fastest, with each action tied to a finding in the Ledger so nothing is recommended without a reason.

What it costs, and what happens after

The Standard audit is £795. The Extended audit — for businesses with 30+ staff, multi-site operations, or multiple legal entities — is £1,595, and adds cross-team analysis and group structure recommendations to the deliverables.

£400 of either fee credits against any AIOS we build for you afterwards. We don't recommend a build unless the audit warrants it; most audits result in three or four sensible recommendations the client can do themselves, plus one or two that genuinely need help. The audit's job is to tell you which is which. If we don't build anything for you, the audit was still worth the money — and the Blueprint is yours to take anywhere.
